This warranty is provided by “KALMATRON Corporation” (thereafter referred to as “Supplier”) for the water impermeability performance of KALMATRON® KF-A, given to the “(Name of company” thereafter referred to as “Applicator”).
The Supplier guarantees the water impermeability of concrete containing KALMATRON® KF-A or K1OO® and applied by Applicator under the following conditions:

For the 12 hour time frame prior to the application of concrete mix, premixed with KALMATRON® KF-A or K1OO® per each cubic yard, the surface of application should be controlled so that water leaks, water seepage, and open voids, dents, and holes which are known to be as a source of water appearance, are not evident.

The effective and minimal thickness of concrete application, premixed with KALMATRON® KF-A or K1OO® per each cubic yard should be a minimum of 2 inches thick throughout the entire applied surface as a continuous coat.
5.The Supplier warrants the KALMATRON® KF-A or K1OO® product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
